As the holiday season approaches, I would like to take the opportunity to reflect back on the challenges we had to overcome this year and express my endless gratitude to the people we are so privileged to serve and work with.
At the beginning of this year, it was very difficult to imagine the full extent of the crisis the entire world is still coping with to this day.
Within a few months, organizations across virtually all industries were forced to adopt digital innovation in order to enable remote working as a way of maintaining productivity during periods of quarantine. A spike in cybercrime quickly followed as criminals started bombarding remote employees with COVID 19-related phishing messages intended to take advantage of the omnipresent fear and uncertainty.
While the pandemic is far from over, I can’t help but feel gratitude towards all of our clients, who have never stopped believing in our ability to manage this crisis and respond to the challenges created by it. We are incredibly grateful for the pleasure of serving you through these trying times and committed to providing you with the best service possible.
My gratitude also extends to our vendors and partners. Spectrum Technology Solutions wouldn’t be where we are without your services, expertise, and desire to nurture mutually beneficial relationships. I look forward to many more years of continued cooperation.
