Wayne Klug

President and CEO

Wayne is the Founder, President and CEO of Spectrum Technology Solutions. Wayne has always had a strong interest in technology and his passion lead him to start up Spectrum in 2009, with the intention to provide efficient, reliable and strategic IT service and solutions to small and midsized businesses. Since founding Spectrum, Wayne has held every role in the business, but currently focuses on overall leadership of the organization as well as specifying the vision of the company and bringing that to reality. Wayne is also focused on growth through new client acquisition as well as managing vendor relationships and strategic partnerships. Outside of work, Wayne enjoys spending time with his wife, and young daughter and son. As a family, they enjoy traveling, attending various cultural events, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.

Gloria Klug

VP of Business Development

Gloria is a business owner and holds the role of VP of Business Development for Spectrum Technology Solutions. Spectrum provides managed IT and cloud services for businesses in the Phoenix metro area. In her role, she is responsible for producing markets and generating sales for the organization. When she’s not working, she spends time with her husband, daughter and son. She also likes reading, going on vacation, exercising, spending time with her family and friends, and playing with her puppies.

Jason McConnell

Director of Operations/vCIO

As the Director of Operations for Spectrum Technology Solutions Jason is responsible for both Managed Services and Professional Services operations at a high level. In addition, Jason provides Virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO) services to our clients providing technology leadership. His educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and a Master’s Degree in Project Management. He is also certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) through the Project Management Institute. Jason has always been drawn to technology since he was about 13 years old. Over the years he’s gained experience in a variety of different areas ranging from internetworking technology, software and database development, as well as Windows servers and workstations. When not at work, Jason loves spending time with his amazing daughter and he enjoys a variety of performing arts. Jason also likes gadgets and will often be found tinkering with his home network and experimenting with new technology. He truly believes in the mission and vision of Spectrum, and he is as excited today to work for Spectrum as he was when he started. He values Spectrum as a company with integrity that genuinely cares about clients and maintaining a positive identity in the I.T. industry.

Jason Prentice

COO

Jason has recently joined Spectrum as Chief Operating Officer. We sometimes refer to him as JP to distinguish from Jason McConnell. Jason Prentice reports directly to me and all of our core teams now report to Jason Prentice: Client Services (Managed Services & Professional Services), Business Operations, Sales & Marketing. Along with Wayne's vision, Jason Prentice is responsible for overall operational strategy, client experience an business operations.

Jason is dedicated to operational excellence and delivering extremely high levels of customer satisfaction. With a proven ability to maximize efficiency and provide positive outcomes for employees, clients, vendors, and partners, Jason's role is to continue making sure that Spectrum Technology Solutions delivers the highest level of service to every stakeholder. The technology landscape is more challenging than ever, and having robust operations while being agile and flexible will ensure we can deliver the best IT solutions for our clients. Jason enjoys time outside of work with his wife and very active boys. He also coaches several youth ice hockey teams and loves the outdoors.

Managed Services Team Manager

Toni has joined Spectrum as our Managed Services Team Manager. She has over 7 years' experience working with a Managed service help desk team. With a focus on customer service delivery and efficiency she plays a key role in the operations of our service department. Her main responsibilities are managing and supervising the help desk and managed services team, triage/dispatch/scheduling of service requests, resolving service delivery issues, refining processes to improve service delivery, monitoring and managing key business metrics and ensuring a great client experience.

She is a self-titled "Team Motivator" and has a can-do attitude. Toni started working in technology as a coordinator and developed a passion for delivering quality customer service and managing the managed service team. She enjoys all the moving pieces that come together to solve our clients support requests while ensuring that the teams needs are consistently met. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her daughters and family, volunteering for a local horse preservation and enjoying festivals/events throughout the valley.
