With the release of Office for Mac 2016, Microsoft brings a long overdue refresh to its flagship suite of productivity applications for Mac users. As well as design changes that deliver similarities to the Windows versions of the applications, the latest upgrade - currently free of charge while it remains in preview stage, prior to full release later this year - harnesses the power of cloud computing to deliver Office 365 collaboration features.
Microsoft Outlook delivers more than many business people perceive it to do. More than just an email application, this program can also handle important notes, reminders, and details of business matters through Outlook Address Book. Though it is more often used to pull out the email addresses of your contacts, the address book is also a great tool to organize and sync client details to another application.
Email is both a blessing and a curse. While it has made communication infinitely easier compared with snail mail, it has also led to a number of embarrassing incidents where emails have been sent with the wrong information or worse. This might lead to loss of clients or jobs.
In Outlook, you can color code messages addressed only to you, to easily identify messages that may be more important or require action from you.
Go to the Tools menu and choose Organize. In the "Using Colors" section, select the "Turn on" button next to "Show messages sent only to me in Blue.
